As winter weather approaches, Inframark wants to reassure you that the facilities are fully winterized and prepared to operate safely during cold conditions.

All critical systems have been inspected and secured, and generators are tested, fueled, and ready should they be needed. In addition, Operators will be onsite, actively monitoring conditions and equipment to ensure continuous, reliable operation throughout the weather event.

The Inframark team will remain vigilant and responsive, and we are prepared to take immediate action if conditions change. Your safety, comfort, and uninterrupted service are our top priorities.

Notification: Alligator Reported in Community Lake

A small alligator was reported in one of the community lakes. The Community of King Lakes Board of Directors took immediate action, as the HOA is responsible and liable for maintaining the lakes and surrounding areas.

We contacted the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) and followed their guidance regarding the situation. The complaint number is 20251487, and a licensed wildlife removal service has been scheduled to safely remove the alligator.
