To WCA Houston Area Customers,
WCA collection services will be operating today, but due to the flooding conditions in the greater Houston area some areas will not be serviced. We regret any inconvenience caused by this event.

This year Christmas and New Year’s Day falls on Sunday. All communities will be serviced on Monday the 26th and Monday the 2nd. Service on the next two Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays may take longer than normal due to the possibility of heavy trash from the holidays. WCA offices will be closed on Monday the 26th and Monday the 2nd.

To WCA Customers,
WCA will be closed on Thursday, November 24, 2016 due to the Thanksgiving holiday, so trash will not be collected until your next normal service day on Monday, November 28th. The Districts next heavy trash day will be the last Thursday of December.
Please understand that Monday, November 28, 2016 will be considered a double day. It will take the crews longer than a normal service day, but you will be serviced on Monday, November 28.

To WCA Customers,
WCA will be closed on Monday, September 5, 2016 due to the Labor Day holiday. If your scheduled collection day falls on Monday, service will resume the following scheduled pick up day. If you have a clause in your contract that addresses holiday makeup, this will not apply to your community.
